Do our guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan your QR code with their phone camera and the seating chart opens in their browser. There’s nothing to install and no account to create.
Do you print signs too?
Your QR code downloads ready for any sign. We can print your QR code onto any of our welcome signs to match the rest of your stationery. Visit the Peppermint Press store for more information.
What if two guests have the same name?
Both appear, each with their own table. Add a short note to each, like “Friend of the bride” or “Groom’s cousin”, and guests will know which is theirs.
Can we change tables on the day?
Yes. Edit your guest list from your phone and save. The change appears for guests straight away, and your QR code stays the same.
What if the venue Wi-Fi is patchy?
The seating chart is small and quick to load on mobile data. As a backup, we suggest giving your venue coordinator an exported or printed copy of your guest list.
How long can we use it?
For 6 months from purchase, so there’s plenty of time to plan. Download your guest list before then if you’d like to keep it.
Can our planner help?
Yes. Each event can have two owners with equal access, such as you and your partner, or you and your planner.
Can we get a refund?
If you change your mind within seven days of purchase and your event hasn’t happened yet, contact us. See our terms for details.
